Female Logic/Misogyny

A really good friend of mine, a girl, in passing conversation said: “Yeah, but Abs you’re misogynistic”.

Whooo? Im Mysoginistic??, So (there is that word again!!) this is in response to her and everyone else who knows me, thinks the same and random people reading this who most definitely will think so... So like all good arguments… Oh yes, I plagiarised at uni and know how this part works… lets start by defining what misogyny actually is, and what people believe I maybe:

Misogyny ( /mɪˈsɒdʒɪni/) is the hatred or dislike of women. Misogyny comes from Greek misogunia (μισογυνία) from misos (μῖσος, hatred) and gynē (γυνή, woman). A person who hates women is called a misogynist.

Number 1. I am most definitely not Greek.
Number 2 and slightly more importantly: I LOVE women a lot. Yep, there u have it. I, Abs L.O.V.E the woman!!

That generally is my problem and does get me into trouble. I really do like women, most of them. I find them
to be beautiful, even the mingers, all women, have a curve, or a smile, or an innocence, or a dirtyness ( I have a confession I have a soft spot for these ones), or even a shyness that is quite unique and appealing. (This does not mean I want to sleep with them all, in fact I am far too picky)

But when it comes to flirting and enjoying their company 7/10 times it is easier to have fun with a girl as they are more emotionally charged creatures. Men on the other hand are logical, having fun with them is a lot more difficult, things are black and white, things are more concrete, solid and grounded in reality. Women are more whimsical, u can be crazier, bolder and more ‘out there’ and they go with it, they roll with the flow…

Having said and noted this difference it’s not all awesome lols. They are actually a lot crazier because of it. They are creatures based on emotion, whereas we are more logical. (This is a generalisation before u all gang-bang up on me). A women, will ascertain truth and reality based on how she feels, let me put this into an example I’m sure all men have heard, and u ladies have said at least a few times..

Guy: I don’t understand why I can’t do X.
Girl: Because it makes me feel Y
Guy: But I’m not doing anything wrong I’m Just doing X
Girl: Ohhh You just don’t understand…

Now I’m sure the girls and guys out there are both nodding their heads. As guys, we do things which can be right or wrong, good or bad. Girls on the other hand, take these objective actions, and subject-ify them to create or ascertain an emotion, so it is no longer the action in question but whats more important is how it makes her feel.

This has kinda developed into a post on female logic: Women base their thoughts more on the emotions it makes them feel, and guys do this too, don’t get me wrong, but guys in general can be more objective and understand an action is an action and we are less effected by the emotion it may create in us. This is why, I think men, believe women are crazy and not logical at all, but the truth is they just have something called Female Logic. It’s a different more subjective experience of actions, thoughts and ideas.

So, back to me being a mysoginist… There are women out there that I view as sex objects, but I think women forget that there are women out there who think of men as pots of gold, more commonly referred to as gold diggers. Now I know this does not make this acceptable, but I think women need to ‘blame my gender and not me’.

All straight men regardless of what they say, look at women like sex objects. Its part of the way we are built, whereas women look at men as providers. Now for all u sisters out there with your:  ‘I don’t need a man I provide for myself’, ‘ I don’t judge guys’ ask ur-self, when u see a guy who is tall (good genes), confident (socially successful attribute), well off (Can provide for u) it doesn’t make u a bit more interested. Well it’s the same with us guys beauty (our kids will be hot) is an attractive element, whereas yours require you to really get to know us, I can tell pretty quickly how hot you are.

In conclusion, I appreciate women are different to us guys and I like and appreciate that. At no point should you assume I mean, not equal. I believe for the record men and women are equal but because of the way we are predisposed, men will always be different, there are things women are better at than men and vice versa. It is also the reason I believe women are crazier, more emotionally predisposed and somewhat harder to understand, and less consistent.

Well there you go, I said it, I meant it, and im here to represent it.

Note: I accept I have made generalisations and not all you girls are crazy, as not all guys are leering animals, but don’t be fooled, this is my opinions on the majority of the way people would act if we removed social pressure & conditioning.
